(1) Most of us react poorly to high stress. We tend to draw inward, clinging to our primitive and overlearned behaviors. Shock creates withdrawal!
(2) Times of great risk are also times of great opportunity.
(3) It's almost always a good idea to "get back to basics" in matters of both business and family. As just one example, consider the importance of managing CASH (on the material plane) and continuing to invest in people we love (on the spiritual plane).
(4) It's important to take time to reflect, plan and set priorities. Do you think Navy Seals ever engage a target without prior preparation and planning? Very few things have to be done "this instant".
