Consistently and rapidly making sound judgments

...while under intense pressure is the mark of a real leader. Poor judgment about personal matters may destroy the career of a genuine leader. At the other extreme, poor judgment about professional matters may be "spun" into acts of heroism. On the other hand, good judgment may not reveal itself until years later.
